Help finding a programmer for Macronix microcontroller

Hi all. I need some help finding a programmer to flash a Macronix MX10EXA microcontroller. So far the only one i could find under 500 USD was the Xeltek Superpro 610p but I'm put off by the price of the adaptors. I should mention I need this for a hobby project so I don't want to invest more than 500 on the tools required. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

According to the datasheet figure 4, you can use in system programming using a tool called winisp.
But I have absolutely no experience with this. I just did some Googling.
